This looks a lot better! Color pallet seems to be correct this time :)
The main thing in this is your characters don't feel like they are in the scene. They need weighted down, maybe give them some shadows, work them into it.
Good progress on this image! My only critique is that the scribbling is a bit overwhelming. Try adjusting the line (try a different brush) or add texture (like the cloud texture behind the buildings) Watch your palette. It jumps around from r20 to r89. Pick one shade of orange and only adjust the Saturation and Brightness to get the other colors.
